超声波处理对不同基因型水稻产量形成的影响

摘要: 以常规稻(中花11和华航31)、二系杂交稻(Y58S/1589和P88S/1589)和三系杂交稻(深优9586和湘丰优103)为试验材料,在大田条件下,研究了超声波处理对不同基因型水稻产量及其构成因子、光合特性以及物质积累与分配的影响。试验设超声波和对照2种处理方法,采用单本移栽,株行距规格为20 cm×20 cm。试验每处理设置3次重复,各小区面积为42 m2,按当地高产栽培措施进行管理。测定剑叶净光合速率、叶面积指数、叶片SPAD值、干物质量和产量等指标。结果表明:超声波处理提高了不同基因型水稻的地上部干物质积累总量、净光合速率、叶绿素含量和叶面积指数;显著提高了不同基因型水稻的物质输出率和转化率、干物质净积累量和群体生长率。最终表现为超声波处理提高了不同基因型水稻产量,其中华航31、Y58S/1589、深优9586和湘丰优103均达显著水平。

Abstract: A field experiment was conducted with the effect of ultrasound treatment on rice of different genotypes yield and its component factors,photosynthetic characteristics and accumulation and distribution of material by using conventional rice(Zhonghua 11 and Huahang 31),two-line hybrid rice(Y58S/1589 and P88S/1589),and three-line hybrid rice(Shenyou 9586 and Xiangfengyou 103) as the experimental materials under the field conditions.The experiment included both ultrasound treatment and comparison processing methods,used single-transplanting,spacing specifications for the 20 cm×20 cm.The experiment repeated three times for each treatment setting,each cell area was 42 m2,used high yield cultivation by local management.Determined net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf,leaf area index,SPAD value of leaves,dry weight and yield indicators.The result showed that ultrasound treatment increased the aboveground dry matter accumulation amount,the net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content and leaf area index of rice of different genotypes,increased the material output rate and conversion rate,net dry matter accumulation and crop growth rate of rice of different genotypes significantly.Final,ultrasound treatment increased production yield of rice of different genotypes,which Huahang 31,Y58S/1589,Shenyou 9586 and Xiangfengyou 103 reached significant levels.
